The 3/4 Ton Tow Rig Recovery Trailer

The 3/4 Ton Recovery Trailer was a tow rig that could be utilised on any land rover with a pintle hook to recover disabled or unservicable Land Rovers. Not may of these traielrs were made, and only a few in private hands, and one at the Army Museum Bandiana are known. This trailer had a census code of 6299 which means Trailer, Tow rig, ¾ ton, Recovery.

Interestingly the user handbook for the recovery trailer is incorporated into the same manual as the user handbook for the series 2a recovery land rover.
