The Funeral Gun Carriage The Funeral Gun Carriage is Liability number 71150. Liability numbers are what replaced census numbers in Army service. Previously we think it was Census 6038 which was later replaced as a workshop vehicle census code. The Funeral Gun Carriage is made up of a gun and limber modified so that a coffin can be mounted to the gun. These trailers are towned behind 2wd dodge trucks as well as ceremonial land rovers. The 2 photos below are of one such funeral carriage which is a part of the collection at the Army Museum Bandiana.
