It has markings indicating service with the XII Self Propelled Field Artillery Group of the 1st Armoured Division Brunete (Spanish Army). In 1982 it was delivered new to "Grupo De Artillería De Campaña XII" as a commanding officer's vehicle. In 1992 it was replaced in this role and Artillero was sent to the "Escuela De Logistica Del Ejercito De Tierra", serving as a driving school vehicle fitted with dual controls. In 2000 it was put up for auction and then Javier adquired it in a very good condition (May 2001).
