Welcome to Andrew's Shed:
Andrew M. is a member of the Land-Rover Owners Club of New Zealand
and a REMLR member (N°115): Email
Andrew. He has a ex-New Zealand Army Series 2A ¼ Ton GS and
an ex-Army half-ton trailer he can hook up behind it - and it looks
good too.
Andrew's ex-Army 'Skippy' Landy has recently undergone a fair amount of restoration work and is now in parade condition. The 'Skippy' Landys are very interesting and a little mysterious (the story behind the NZ 'Skippy' Land-Rovers is yet to be fully uncovered).
There's no doubting the success of these relatively rare Land-Rovers that served in the New Zealand military, and there's no doubt they are identical to the Australian Series 2A GS; in fact you'd swear they came off the same assembly line...
