Role: The primary role of the vehicle is survey operations.
Features: The vehicle has a van type body with a single side hinged rear door and a 'safari' roof with no alpine windows. An auxiliary 28v electrical system is fitted with one bank of batteries in a special enclosure behind the rear seat. A power distribution panel and a mounting tray for radios are provided.
The vehicle has a range of approximately 550km on first class roads.
Information: Chassis modifications include points for a helicopter sling, shipping tie down and vehicle recovery points. Some applications will require the towing of a trailer of up to 900kg mass.
The appearance of the Survey vehicle is extremely similar to the much rarer Command Post variant.
