Description: This version is intended to carry 1000kg (900gk if winch fitted) of payload made up of radio and associated equipment with two radio operators. Some applications will require the towing of a trailer of up to 900kg mass
Features: The body has a half height fixed tailgate and an additional blackout liner is fitted beneath the canvas canopy. An auxiliary 28v electrical system is fitted with two banks of batteries beneath the tray floor, one either side of the vehicle accessed through side doors. A power distribution panel is mounted against the front bulkhead and mounting holes for in service and RAVEN radios are provided. Mounts for four antennae are fixed to the sides of the tray with access holes through the side panels and the canopy.
Information: A Fitted For Radio (FFR) land rover very similar to the general service
variant. Coming with or without a winch and can cary up to 4 personnel
and communications equipment. This model is characterised by a scooped
tailgate, and 2 antenna mounts on each side of the tub.
