The weather on the big day in 2000 was overcast, and driving Castrol without the canvas meant the REMLR secretary even got a bit of sunburn from the glare. On the other hand, if it had rained...

What a day it was. Castrol was in a dawn march close to home, and then in the 9am Adamstown march, and then in the Cessnock march at 11am with Chloe. A full dance card. It was terrific to see Chloe & Castrol together. Chloe had only just finished being restored. The only thing that could top it would be to have another ex-mil Landy in the parade... and another:
