Perhaps this is a unit level variant. Modified PTO winch on rear bed: hand cranked. The tailgate is redundant/removed of course. Normal Series 3 jerry can supports at rear. Same cab as 2A Fire Tender and 2A Wrecker. 2A Wrecker has cut guards front & rear. See more pics of
