Intarnational ACCO ARN's REMLR was set up focusing on Land Rovers, not any other vehicles. The Army Inter chapter came about as a result of interest and input from REMLR members. When the Land Rover ARN's were recorded it was an arduous task taken up by Ross C. Initially the records at the Australian War Memorial were copied out by hand and then manually entered onto the webpages. Later on digital images were taken and in information entered directly from them. As a result only Land Rover ARN's were recorded. However we do kow most ARN'sthat were allocated to Internationjal No.1's. We don't have the information on the 100 Mk.1 ACCOs, but the rest we have some information about.
At this stage we have no plans to research the ARN's of other International vehicles, however we will collate them on this page when we are told details or find photographs.
The Chassis numbers listed for the Inters can vary somewhat as in some places they are ilegible because of the number of engine swaps. Whatever can be seen is usually listed, at the least the most recently fitted motor. |
